This month’s workshop will be held on Tuesday 30th, rather than the usual Sunday and covers food safety requirements.

Karen Winter (MDC – Environmental Health Officer) will talk to the club about food safety requirements for processing honey intended for sale or donation.

Venue – Marlborough Research Centre, lecture room, 7pm.

Non members welcome.
